Clear coating for brick & stone
The Clear Coating Stages
STAGE 1 - POWER WASHING
Power wash brickwork or natural stone, to remove alga dirt or any crumbling mortar
STAGE 2 - REPAIRS & RESTORATION
Repair any brick or stone motor joins so no voids are open, before applying Clear-Gard coating.
STAGE 3 - MASKING UP
All doors windows footpath plants are masked up as not to get over-spray of the coating.
STAGE 4 - PRODUCT APPLICATION
Apply two coats of Clear-Gard masonry cream.
THE END RESULT
It only takes around 20 minutes for the clear coat to become fully sealed & water proof after application.
UPON COMPLETION
The crew foreman conducts a final inspection of the clear wall coating.
A check list is to be completed by the client while the crew foreman is still present.
General housekeeping takes place to ensure that the project site is left clean & tidy.
The wall coating crew are not permitted to leave the site until the work is completed to the home owner’s satisfaction.
